How We Got Here

I studied computer science, information technology, and small business management. I was already taking things apart and putting them back together long before I ever set foot in a classroom. The education gave me the framework. The curiosity was already there.
Years working in network infrastructure and telecommunications gave me a different kind of education: the kind where you learn how systems actually behave under pressure, not just how they're supposed to work on paper. That methodical, dig-until-you-find-it mindset is exactly how I approach every repair that comes through the door.
I also think the timing is right. As device prices keep climbing, I believe more people are realizing that repair is often the smarter move: better for your wallet and better for the environment. Crimson Grid exists to be the shop that makes that choice easy.
When I'm not at the bench, I'm probably deep in an open-world game, rewatching Tron, or building Lego sets. I am a nerd through and through, tech is my passion, and Crimson Grid is where that becomes something useful for people across Northeastern Colorado and the Denver Metro Area.
